What do you do to sell my property?
Initially we will assist in working out an achievable asking price based on research and then take full details with measurements and photographs to produce a brochure. This brochure once authorised by you will then be sent via post or email to potential buyers registered with us looking for a similar type of property. We will also put up a for sale board at your property. We will then upload your property to major property internet sites such as rightmove, findaproperty and Prime Location. We then record enquiries, send out more brochures, book viewings, give you feedback and then negotiate offers on your behalf, liaise with all parties including solicitors and a surveyor to make sure the sale goes smoothly, and finally hand over keys to your buyer on completion day.
