What do you do to sell my property?
Initially we will assist in working out an achievable asking price based on research and then take full details with measurements and photographs to produce a brochure. This brochure once authorised by you will then be sent via post or email to potential buyers registered with us looking for a similar type of property. We will also put up a for sale board at your property. We will then upload your property to major property internet sites such as rightmove, findaproperty and Prime Location. We then record enquiries, send out more brochures, book viewings, give you feedback and then negotiate offers on your behalf, liaise with all parties including solicitors and a surveyor to make sure the sale goes smoothly, and finally hand over keys to your buyer on completion day. As I am sure you will agree this is everything one should expect of an agent

Most estate agents demand thousands of pounds for their services. How can your fee be so cheap?
From previous experience people nowadays do not have a lot of time to visit individual estate agents and therefore prefer looking online, telephoning or looking out for agents for sale boards  and without the usual additional questioning one usually get’s from a personal visit! What with this and the costs associated with not just staffing levels in each of the agent’s premises but additional running costs including premises and expensive company cars etc… High Street agencies will demand a higher fee to cover such expenses. By taking away much of these costs we are able to offer our service. We simply operate a central administration/sales office dealing with enquiries in the same manner to which you would expect traditional estate agency to do and our property consultants operate remotely, linked through a computer network, similar to that of many modern companies. We can then cover the whole of Kent and pass the majority of  savings onto our customers.

Will I be 'tied in' to Kent Properties online for a long period?
Most estate agencies adopt a tie in period of around 16 weeks followed by 4 weeks cancellation notice for sole agency we feel this is too long, therefore our standard agreement ties sole agency to 10 weeks followed by a two week cancellation period. There are no ties for our multiple agency agreements.
