At Kent Properties Online we have noticed a complete change within the industry, company owners particularly through the recession periods have tightened belts what with additional expenses whilst juggling high volume of offices, staff salaries, lighting etc against the unknown.. Making it harder to pay high performers additional monies in their salaries to reflect the up to date current situation.

At Kent Properties Online FREELANCE SALES ASSOCIATES are given a designated territory of their own, they meet the prospective sellers at their properties when asked to carry out a market appraisal, take on properties and sell them and keep the buyers and sellers updated. We will then split the proceeds between us.
For this role we are only looking for experienced estate agents who know the business inside out and can demonstrate their sales success to date.
