Providing Kent Properties Online instigated the Home Information Pack on your behalf and the sale of your property exchanges through us we will refund the Basic HIP fee in our final invoice.

Moving home with Kent Properties Online could therefore not be easier.

Within our single, competitive standard sole agency fee of 1% plus VAT we provide the following:

• Production of the Home Information Pack which you will initially have to pay for separately, but the basic HIP is refunded when a sale exchanges with us.
• Full marketing, negotiation and handling of your sale.
• Recommended Legal Conveyancing on your sale.

All our sole agency customers have their Basic HIP fee refunded by us following exchange through us.

So we look after you from start to finish. Simple!

Of course, we will also offer an option for those who wish to have the HIP, conveyancing and estate agency arrangements handled separately.

In addition, because we use integrated providers who have paneled qualified Domestic Energy Assessors and use the latest technology to work with legal partners, we are able to deliver completed Packs in an industry leading timeframe and ensure that your property gets marketed without delay.
