Home Information Packs are suspended in England and Wales with immediate effect from 21 May 2010.

Note: The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be retained. Sellers will still be required to commission, but won't need to have received an EPC before marketing their property

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Sellers will need to have ordered an EPC prior to marketing, once organised home owners can then commence selling whilst this is being carried out as long as there is an EPC shown on file within 28 days of marketing.
